RSPCA bacon from Goondiwindi is a good product and the pigs were raised humanely and hopefully slaughtered humanely (if there is such a thing). Anyway here's David cooking some at home to take into work for the photoshoot for his column, Fossicking in the Courier Mail on a Tuesday. Gooralie Free Range Pork it's called.
