Bean There

We bought our pasta from Feast on Fruit at Morningside. It's organic spelt spaghetti and tastes great. The flour is not so refined and it must be low G.I. so that's good.

She makes pasta with beans and lentils for her husband whose family is originally from Sicily. We tried ours with a little bit of shredded beef and topped with grated pecorino cheese and basil. Yum!
